Stoga tražimo od Klijenata da nam dostave skeniranu (ili fotografisanu) kopiju svojih verifikacionih dokumenata koja će biti čuvana u dosijeu tokom trajanja našeg odnosa sa svakim klijentom i nastaviti tako 5 godina nakon prestanka tog odnosa. Alternativno, možemo koristiti kreditno referentnu agenciju za potvrđivanje vašeg identiteta. The Privacy Policy below describes and explains how Fortrade handles the collection, management and the protection of confidential Client information. Fortrade takes security very seriously and adopts industry and information technology best practices to protect your personal information and ensures that your right to privacy is not infringed in any way and is not accessed by any unauthorised persons.

Information we may collect about you

The collection of personal data (your full name, address, IP address, cookies, phone number, email, date of birth, country of residence and citizenship, ID details and other analytical data) is required for Compliance and Regulatory purposes when you submit a request via our online applications. This information is required in order for us to be able to communicate with you, and, as required by law, to identify who you are in accordance with Anti Money Laundering Regulations.

Confirming your identity

Fortrade has to comply with money laundering regulations, which requires us to verify our clients’ identity and residential address. We therefore request clients to provide us with a scanned (or photographed) copy of your verification documents which will be retained on file for the duration of our relationship with each client, and continue for 5 years after that relationship has ceased. Alternatively, we may use a credit reference agency to verify your identity. Any such search will remain confidential and will not be seen or used by lenders to assess your ability to obtain credit.

In addition to client verification, we are also required to understand our clients’ citizenship status. In line with new EU regulations in force since January 2018 (MiFID II) Fortrade is required to report all clients’ trading transactions. As such, we are required to obtain information regarding your citizenship. The information that we require depends on your country of citizenship (nationality) and may include your passport number, national identity number, national insurance number etc.

Disclosure of your information

Fortrade does not sell, lease or disclose personal data to third party affiliates or non-affiliates, except for the reasons described below:

  • In order to occasionally provide you with information on products and services you have requested;
  • To offer you an opportunity to participate in the products and services our reputable affiliates offer, in which case we may share your information with them, but only with your express consent;
  • Fortrade may disclose to a third party any of its clients’ confidential information if required to do so by a regulatory authority of a competent jurisdiction, by court and/or to enable us to provide you with our services as well as to improve our services;
  • Fortrade will endeavour, to make such disclosures on a ‘need-to-know’ basis, unless otherwise instructed by a regulatory authority. Under such circumstances, Fortrade shall expressly inform the third party regarding the confidential nature of the information;
  • We may disclose information to third parties for the purpose of carrying out credit checks or identity checks on Fortrade’s behalf and as required by our internal policies to adhere with rules and regulations;

How long do we store personal information?

The Forex Company reserves the right to request all required identification information and documents from its Clients in order to improve the quality of services, accelerate the processing of requests from the Client, provide information about the Company’s products and services, and comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Policy and the Know Your Customer Policy. Forex Company is required to request the main part of confidential and personal information in accordance with the applicable laws, and some information Forex Company may collect for providing high-quality services and consulting on the issues arising from the Client.
2.4. The Client is required to provide their true and accurate data when registering on Forex Company’s website and otherwise submitting information to the Forex Company.
2.5. The Client must ensure that documents provided by them during the verification procedure, or when updating their personal and contact details are authentic and belong to the Client.
2.6. The Client hereby agrees that their personal data will be stored in the Forex Company database.
2.7. Personal information is submitted in the registration form, the questionnaire and other online applications on the Forex Company’s official website, and when submitting required documents to the Forex Company.
2.8. The personal data may include, but is not limited to, the following:
– First name, last name, middle name, date and place of birth, citizenship, address of registration and/or current address, ID document details (passport or another government issued identity document), occupation, contact details, etc.;
– Documents required for identification (Copy of a passport/other government issued ID, document confirming the address of registration and/or residence);
– Documents required for confirmation that the payment instrument belongs to the client (copy of the bank payment card, bank statement).

3.1. The Forex Company respects the privacy of its customers and their personal information and takes all possible measures to ensure the safety and security of confidential information, including keeping strict security standards for transmitting confidential information and use of modern storage technologies. All information received from the Client shall be stored on secure servers.

3.2 In addition, the Forex Company is constantly improving the level of protection of information from unauthorized access by introducing advanced security technologies.
3.3. The Client is solely and entirely responsible to ensure the confidentiality of personal passwords, usernames and other information of access to the Personal account and Trading Platform and trading accounts.
3.4. The Client shall be fully responsible for actions and operations that they make using the username and password provided by the Company or generated independently.
3.5. In case of unwanted disclosure of personal login information and password, the Client may contact Forex Company to change these credentials. If the Client discloses their personal login and password information to third parties, the Forex Company shall not be liable for safety and security of the information it holds on the Client in its database.
3.6. When making payments using a bank plastic card, all information shall be entered on special secure pages of payment systems. Forex-company shall not have the right to require full details of the Client’s card in order to exclude any possibility of unfair use of data.

4.1. The Client shall transfer to the Forex Company the right to process their personal information submitted to the Forex Company in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Client gives Forex Company a consent that it may collect, process, store, use, including transmitting to third parties, request additional information, as well as delete information that relates to the Client without notice.
4.2. The Forex Company does not sell, lease or disclose personal data to third party affiliates or non-affiliates, except for the reasons described below:
– In order to occasionally provide the Client with information on products and services the Client has requested, or
– To offer the Client an opportunity to participate in the products and services the Forex Company’s reputable affiliates offer, in which case the Forex Company may share the Client’s information with them.
4.3. Personal information of the Client shall not be available to third parties, however in special cases the Forex Company shall reserve the right to transfer it to law enforcement or administrative authorities in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation or under official request having a legal basis.
4.4. The transfer of confidential information by the Forex Company to third parties may be carried out only to ensure the service process, providing information security, or in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Belarus when such information is requested by administrative or law enforcement bodies, courts or other competent authorities.

5.1. The Client shall have the right not to provide the Forex Company with any personal information.
5.2. The Client is aware that such a refusal to provide the Forex Company with the necessary personal information may limit the range of services provided by the Forex Company, or, for one reason or another, reduce the level of their quality.
5.3. In the event the Client does not provide Forex Company with sufficient information and documents, the Forex Company reserves the right to refuse to open a trading account and/or provide any of its Services to the Client.

6.1. Forex Company reserves the right to make alterations and/or amendments to this Privacy Policy. Notification of clients about alterations/amendments to this document shall be made by posting relevant information on the official website of the Forex Company.

2.6. Клиент настоящим соглашается с тем, что их личные данные будут храниться в базе данных Форекс-компании.
2.7. Персональная информация предоставляется в регистрационной форме, анкете и других онлайн-заявках на официальном веб-сайте Форекс и при подаче необходимых документов в компанию Форекс.
2.8. Личные данные могут включать, но не ограничиваются следующими:
– Фамилия, имя, отчество, дата и место рождения, гражданство, адрес регистрации и / или текущий адрес, данные документа ID (паспорт или другое удостоверение личности, выданного правительством), род занятий, контактные данные и др.;

3.1. 3.5. В случае нежелательного раскрытия информации о персональном логине и пароле, клиент может обратиться в Форекс-компанию для изменения данных параметров. При разглашении клиентом своих данных о персональном логине и пароле третьим лицам Форекс-компания не несёт ответственность за сохранность и безопасность размещённой в сервисах информации.
3.6. При осуществлении платежей с помощью банковской пластиковой карты все данные вводятся на специальных защищённых страницах платёжных систем. Форекс-компания не имеет право требовать полные реквизиты карты клиента с целью исключения любой возможности недобросовестного использования данных.

4.1. Клиент передает Компании право на обработку его личных данных, переданных в Компанию, основываясь на изложенной в данном документе Политике конфиденциальности. Клиент соглашается с тем, что Форекс-компания может осуществлять сбор, обработку, хранение, использование, в том числе передачу третьим лицам, запрашивать дополнительную информацию, а также удалять информацию, которая относится к клиенту без уведомления.
4.2. Форекс-компания не продает, не арендует или не раскрывает личные данные сторонним филиалам или неаффилированным лицам, за исключением причин, описанных ниже:
– Чтобы периодически предоставлять Клиенту информацию о продуктах и услугах, которые Клиент запросил, или
– Предоставлять Клиенту возможность участвовать в продуктах и услугах, предоставляемых авторитетными аффилированными лицами Forex Company, и в этом случае Форекс-компания может делиться информацией Клиента с ними.
4.2. Личная информация Клиента не доступна третьим лицам, однако в особых случаях Компания оставляет за собой право передать ее правоохранительным или административным органам в соответствии с требованиями применимого законодательства или же по официальному запросу, имеющему законное основание.
4.3. Передача конфиденциальной информации Форекс-компанией третьим лицам может осуществляться только для обеспечения процесса обслуживания, гарантируя защищённость данных, либо в соответствии с требованиями применимого законодательства Республики Беларусь, когда такая информация запрашивается административными или правоохранительными органами, судами или другими компетентными органами.

5.1. Клиент вправе не предоставлять Компании те или иные персональные данные.
5.2. Клиент осознает, что подобный отказ от передачи Компании необходимых персональных данных может ограничить круг предоставляемых Компанией услуг, либо же по тем или иным причинам снизить уровень их качества.
5.3. В случае, если Клиент не предоставляет Форекс-компании достаточную информацию и документы, Форекс-компания оставляет за собой право отказаться от открытия торгового счета и / или предоставления каких-либо своих Услуг Клиенту.

6.1. Форекс-компания оставляет за собой право вносить изменения и (или) дополнения в настоящую Политику конфиденциальности. Уведомление клиентов об изменениях (дополнениях) в настоящий документ осуществляется путём размещения соответствующей информации на официальном сайте Форекс-компании.
